a well known beginners problem is:
apply a shape generatot (here:a circle), resize it via the video tab, and while moving the shape it gets chopped off!
... because, you not only shrink the circle, but its hosting frame ...
workaround:
use attached modified Shapes Generator
It offers a SIZE slider WITHOUT affecting the frame ....
